Senior Corporate Counsel

Position Summary: The Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate Development, Financing & Regulatory Affairs is responsible for supporting DataOne’s corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financing activities, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this position works closely with executive leadership, finance, external advisors, lenders, investors, auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on complex transactions and legal matters affecting the Company’s operations.
