Position Summary DataOne is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to join its growing Legal Department. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this position will play a key role in supporting the Company's corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financing activities, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives.
