About this role
AI is moving from isolated experiments to something organisations have to run at scale: more use cases, more teams, more exposure. Most companies aren't set up for it. They lack the operating model, the guardrails and the shared language to adopt AI responsibly and actually capture its value. We're looking for a consultant who can help clients manage AI well, from individual use cases up to portfolio scale. You'll set up the governance, risk management, quality checks and lifecycle processes that turn scattered pilots into a managed portfolio, and you'll drive the organisational change that makes it stick.
