ABOUT THE ROLE
DataSnipper is hiring its first Solutions Architect - someone who'll be the trusted technical voice in our most strategic accounts as we scale our cloud platform and bring agentic AI to regulated industries.
You'll partner closely with our Solution Engineering and Sales teams on our most strategic deals - Big 4 firms, global enterprise accounts, and customers navigating the move from on-prem to cloud. But this isn't just a deal-support role. You'll build the playbooks, reference architectures, and enablement materials that let our entire GTM org handle the hardest technical conversations at scale. And you'll define the SA function itself - the intake model, the KPIs, the engagement playbook - that the next SAs will inherit.…
