About this role

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution. This role provides Operations Technical Support to MIT Lincoln Lab. The program is built on the AVEVA PI System with additional 3rd party software and system integration. This role ensures that the facilities and utilities data associated with the program is able to flow continuously, while providing support for advanced functions such as integrating AMI meters and building automation system assets in PI Asset Framework. It provides IT System Administration support to ensure all application components remain online and healthy. The role will also support the transition of the PI System from physical to virtual hardware.…
