The KS National Team (KSNT) provides training and resources on proper data entry, time management and tasking, and participant outreach protocol. The KSLC assists the KS Division Lead and field operations team by scheduling participants for classes, reaching out to recommenders for missing participant information, and escalating concerns to leadership.…
