Local DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located at Plaza in Scottsdale, Haven Sky Harbor in Phoenix, Palm Valley in Goodyear. DaVita SNF Dialysis dens are open Mon-Sat and treat up to 3 shifts of patients each day dependent on census. Start times are typically around 5 am, but can vary.…
