About the Role Daybreak Health delivers teletherapy to young people and families through schools, funded by health plans. As our Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will own the revenue cycle end to end, from enrollment through cash, for a payer mix that is narrow but operationally demanding: Medicaid and managed care organizations (MCOs), outpatient behavioral health, telehealth, and clinicians licensed across multiple states. This is a build role, not a maintain role. You will inherit real gaps and be expected to close them with process and automation rather than headcount.
