Facility: Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness Department: Mental Health Support Services Schedule: Part time Hours: 24 Job Details: The Clinical Team Leader (CTL) identifies the procedures, processes, and patient care to be accomplished during the work period, as well as the resources that will be required to carry out the work of the unit safely in collaboration with the unit and organizational leadership teams. Distributes the work in a manner that makes the best use of available resources, both personnel and material, and which considers the knowledge, skills, and abilities of those persons who will be integral to the patient care process.
