Facility: Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness Department: Mental Crisis Services Schedule: Part time Hours: 24 Job Details: This position seeks to provide prevention for youth and families by making connections for help early and timely so that issues do not reach crisis levels or become repeating crises. It will also aide in alleviating the long terms effects of traumatic events. To improve the behavioral health status of children in our service area and beyond by linking them with the appropriate behavioral health services. Staff will conduct a behavioral health and social needs screening on all families and will provide resource options. Staff will follow up with families and communicate outcomes with referral source.…
