Facility: Dayton Children's - Main Campus Department: Clinical Pharmacy Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Details: The Medication History Pharmacy Technician, with supervision of a pharmacist, assists in the process of obtaining medication history for patients who will be admitted to the hospital. The focus of this technician is the accurate collection of prescription information, allergy information, patient and/or family/guardian interview, and documentation of those activities.
