Ihre Aufgaben Zur Unterstützung unserer Personalentwicklerin suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Werkstudent:in, der bzw. die sich mit KI-gestützter Videoproduktion auskennt und Freude daran hat, moderne Lern- und Kommunikationsformate mitzugestalten. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Erstellung von KI-generierten Videos für interne Weiterbildungs- und Kommunikationszwecke. Dabei entwickelst du passende Prompts zur Texterstellung, Vertonung und Videogestaltung, um Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und ansprechend aufzubereiten. Du arbeitest eng mit der Personalentwicklerin zusammen, unterstützt bei der Planung und Konzeption neuer Formate und bringst eigene kreative Ideen ein.…
