Your Purpose As a Sports Department Manager , you’re not just managing a department — you’re leading people, owning a business, and bringing sport to life for our customers. You give your team direction, help people grow, make decisions, and take responsibility for the performance of your sports business. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be close to your teammates and customers on the shop floor, while having the autonomy to turn opportunities into action.
