About this role

The Senior Retail Operations Specialist supports the Retail Operations Manager in driving HOKA Retail’s operational priorities and capability building. The role focuses on business analysis, commercial planning, retail systems and processes, operational project coordination, incentive planning, and execution tracking. The position works closely with retail stores, Global teams, and cross-functional partners to translate business priorities into clear actions and deliverables. 25% Data Generation, Reporting and Business Analysis - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual retail performance reports and dashboards. - Analyze key retail KPIs, promotion results, and store activation performance to identify trends, gaps, and business opportunities.…
