About this role
Die Rolle In dieser Rolle stärkst du einen der wichtigsten Fertigungsschritte unserer Statorproduktion: das Laserschweißen der Statorwicklung. Du betreibst unsere Schweißprozesse zuverlässig, entwickelst sie weiter und begleitest sie vom ersten Versuch über B-Muster für Kundenprojekte bis hin zur Serienanwendung. Die Position verbindet praktische Arbeit an Laserschweißanlagen mit Prozessentwicklung. Je nach Erfahrung liegt dein Schwerpunkt stärker auf der operativen Anwendung oder der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse. Du arbeitest im Team Process Development in Garching. Hier bauen wir Muster bis zur B-Phase im eigenen Haus auf und entwickeln die Fertigungsprozesse für die spätere Serienproduktion.…
