Position Summary: The Quality Engineer will monitor and audit all departments to ensure company products are meeting or exceeding the quality requirements of our vendors and customers. Must be willing and able to work in an environment exposed to elements that can include but are not limited to coolant, dust, mist, elevated noise, and uncontrolled temperatures. Accountabilities: Drive all APQP and PPAP activities for assigned customers. Ensure appropriate containment of suspect and nonconforming product. Issue Material Complaint Notices (MCNs) to suppliers.
