Serves as the supervisory team lead (or supervisory deputy team lead) for the Intelligence Analyst II team for Strategic Threat Assessment and Risk. Acts as primary (or secondary) interlocuter for the intelligence analyst team with client representatives and incorporates client operational and policy requirements into the intelligence analysts’ operations. Maintains quality control and assurance standards in accordance with client requirements. Responsible for fulfilling corporate requirements such as performance and annual evaluations, establishing pay raise recommendations, mentoring, and coordinating employee development needs.
