About this role

The Office of Policy Planning and Resource in the Bureau of Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs (R/PPR) has a requirement for full-time support services for its Talent Management (TM) team from one (1) Senior Advisor. The Senior Advisor shall provide support services to R/PPR/TM by studying and analyzing the needs of the public diplomacy (PD) workforce, and developing and implementing policy and programming to develop human capital for PD efforts, and liaising with human resources officials, public affairs officers, and senior leadership at the Department of State on behalf of R/PPR and larger PD community.
