About this role
Rejoignez l’équipe Transformation & Change au sein du département Capital Humain de Deloitte et accompagniez nos clients dans leurs grandes transformations technologiques/digitales, organisationnelles et culturelles et RH . Concrètement, vous aiderez nos clients (CAC40, grands comptes et mid-market) à réussir l’ adoption de solutions structurantes (ERP, CRM, SIRH, transformation IA…), à repenser leurs organisations (restructuration, réorganisations, fusions-acquisitions, nouveaux modes de travail, acculturation à l’échelle) et à faire évoluer leurs pratiques RH et managériales (stratégie RH, expérience talent, alignement des leaders, enjeux de sustainability).…
