The Role
The Project Accountant will report to the VP, Accounting & Financial Reporting and be the primary liaison between Accounting and the Finance, Development, Construction, and Operations teams.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to take ownership of their projects and help improve how the work gets done. The Project Accountant will gain broad exposure across the business and have a real hand in shaping process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Own project-level accounting for assigned projects — reviewing and validating invoice coding and project allocation, partnering with Accounts Payable on invoice and payment support, and coordinating the project financing (draw) package as the accounting point of contact.…
