London (Hybrid - Remote Flexibility Available) | Full-time The Chief Legal Officer (CLO) / Legal Counsel leads the Group's legal function and acts as a trusted advisor to the Founder, senior management team, and investment team. This role combines strategic deal advisory across M&A, investments and corporate structuring, with responsibility for corporate governance, compliance, risk management and hands-on legal support across a diverse international portfolio of businesses. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead legal execution of M&A and investment transactions: due diligence, structuring, term sheets, SPA/SHA, and closing.
