About this role

Location: Pune, Bangalore Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Join Delta Capita's Report Hub engineering team and help drive the evolution of a market-leading regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. We're looking for experienced Technical Leads who combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability. You'll lead a cross-functional engineering squad, delivering strategic platform enhancements while ensuring the stability, performance and resilience of our production services. What You'll Do Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad. Drive solution design, architecture and engineering best practices. Deliver new regulatory, client and platform enhancements. Act as the technical escalation point for complex production issues.…
