About this role
Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Mission Trainer to support the Ground-based Electro-Optical Deep Space Surveillance (GEODSS) program. This remote position serves as the enterprise Knowledge & Training Manager (KTM), leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of operations, maintenance, and tactical training programs supporting the GEODSS mission.
The SME Mission Trainer will build and maintain training programs that prepare operators, maintainers, and support personnel to effectively employ GEODSS optical sensor systems in support of Space Domain Awareness (SDA), deep space surveillance, cislunar operations, and emerging mission requirements.…
