About this role
Deltia is scaling across Commercial and Engineering verticals. We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to own end-to-end hiring across a vertical while also acting as a strategic Business Partner to the business leaders you support.
This is a high-ownership role. You won't just fill roles; you'll shape how we hire, coach the managers doing the hiring, and build the infrastructure that lets us scale without breaking.
What you'll own
- Full-cycle recruiting across your verticals, from intake to offer negotiation
- Sourcing strategy and channel performance across job boards, agencies, and direct pipelines
- Hiring manager coaching: intake quality, structured interviewing, decision-making calibration…
