About this role
Involved in all dredging and offshore projects worldwide, the survey department is responsible for the organization of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all phases of the works. We are looking for a Party Chief who will be responsible for all survey activities on board. Are you able to lead the team of surveyors? This is a job fully in rotation, on board of the vessel or on project site. This is not an HQ based position. Your responsibilities Manage and coach the survey team on board. You provide guidance and support. You drive continuous improvement in survey operations by optimizing productivity and efficiency.
