The Radiation Safety Lead is responsible for leading the radiation protection program for the Phoenix Project. This role provides technical leadership and strategic oversight to ensure radiation safety systems, monitoring programs, procedures, and controls are effectively implemented as the project advances towards operations. The Radiation Safety Lead supports regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a strong radiation safety culture across site activities.
