About the Role Be an early, foundational member of DensityAI's legal team — the commercial and technology counsel who structures and closes the deals that power our AI-accelerator business. As a member of the Commercial Legal Team, you will work closely with our Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership and be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions end-to-end, from technology and software licensing and strategic partnerships to the semiconductor supply-chain, foundry, and contract-manufacturing agreements at the heart of the company.…
