About the role
We're hiring a Technical Sourcer to fuel our most critical hiring needs across hardware, silicon, and AI engineering. You'll partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines of exceptional, hard-to-find technical talent — from design verification and RTL engineers to ML and systems software. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves the hunt: finding the people most teams can't, and getting them excited to talk to us.
What you'll do
Build and own top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles, with a focus on niche hardware/silicon and AI/ML engineering profiles
Develop creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies — LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, conferences, patents/publications, Boolean and X-ray search, referrals, and community networks…
