The Opportunity Lead a portfolio of dental clinics across North GTA and Barrie as a Regional Manager , shaping high-performing teams and the future of patient care. Reporting to the Senior Director , Operations , you will coach Practice Managers, strengthen operations, and drive patient experience, financial performance, team engagement, and sustainable growth. This remote role is aligned to our Toronto Support Centre and includes regular travel throughout the region.
