The Opportunity As a Practice Recruitment Specialist , you will partner with an assigned portfolio of dental practices to attract, assess, and hire clinical talent across roles such as Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals. Reporting to the Manager, Practice Recruitment , you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. Through strong partnerships with Practice Managers, Regional Managers, and Operations leaders, you will build talent pipelines, lead sourcing strategies, share market insights, and help practices meet hiring goals while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.…
