Construction Superintendent

Forge Construction is the in-house general contractor for Denton Floyd Real Estate Group, building ground-up multifamily, senior living, and industrial projects across the Louisville and Southern Indiana region. Because Forge builds for its own development, ownership, and property management teams, our superintendents see the full life of a building — from the first site meeting through move-in and warranty. The Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for delivering a project safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Forge's quality standards.
