About this role

The purpose of this role is to deliver regular reporting for Digital Marketing channels and campaigns, as well as audience, attribution and CRO (conversion rate optimisation) analysis. Job Description: Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Online Reputation Management Traineeship Tenure: 6 months (with the possibility of securing a full-time role post completion, based on performance) Location: Mumbai Working Mode: 5 days working, from office (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social media handles and digital platforms, both manually and through ORM tools.
