Job Description Summary This purpose of this role is to support the implementation of HR people initiatives. This role will support senior HR Business Partners in successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the business with a data-driven mindset. They will manage Tier 2 support covering complex HR cases that require specialist transactional activity and support resolving cases Job Description: This role will report to the HR Advisory Team Lead. • Resolve Tier 2 cases • HR strategy.
