Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE The Onboarding & Learning Specialist is a key role within the dentsu Americas Learning Team, responsible for leading the regional onboarding experience and supporting broader learning programs across the Americas. Reporting to the Americas Learning Lead, this person serves as the face of onboarding for the region, helping new hires feel welcomed, connected, and prepared to succeed from day one. This individual contributor combines strategic ownership with strong facilitation, program management, and partnership skills. They will design, lead, and continuously improve onboarding strategy and delivery while facilitating and supporting learning initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities across the region.…
