The Resource Manager is primarily responsible for assisting with managing resource supply and demand across multiple projects, teams, skills, and roles. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills is optimistic, inclusive, collaborative, and empathic. The Resource Management team is responsible for deploying our most valuable resource, our people, in a way that ensures delivery excellence, talent development and financial health. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and the ability to effectively multi-task are critical skills for success.
