Job Description: Job title: Manager / Assistant Manager — Indirect & Direct Tax Experience: 7-8 Y Location: Mumbai, Goregaon This role will support Tax Compliance & Regulatory Management, Litigation working closely with Finance, Legal, and business units Key responsibilities GST filings and reconciliations: Prepare, review, and file periodic GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR 6, GSTR-9/9C as applicable); perform GST ledger reconciliations. Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM): Identify RCM exposures, compute liabilities, ensure timely payment and reporting. Refunds: Prepare refund claims, coordinate documentation, follow up with tax consultants for timely processing. Direct tax support: Assist in preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS compliance, and tax provisioning.…
