About this role

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Team Lead to guide and support a distributed development team in building scalable, reliable systems. This role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery while fostering a strong engineering culture. You will work closely with the Technical Product Lead (TPL), Principal Architect (PA) , Product owner (PO) and Product Director (PD) to translate user/ business requirements and technical direction into execution, while coaching engineers and maintaining delivery momentum across a remote setup.
