About The Role Social media is one of the most visible expressions of who Descript is, and right now, we have an opportunity to do it much better. We're hiring a Social Media Manager who understands the new media landscape, knows how to build systems (not just post content), and is excited to make Descript's presence something people really want to follow. This role goes beyond owned channels. You'll own Descript's employee advocacy program—surveying employees, building training, and enabling them to show up authentically online. You'll support executive thought leadership, working directly with our “first team” executives. And you'll work cross-functionally to make sure launches, campaigns, and content from across the company reach the right social audiences.…
