About this role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing direct, life-changing care to patients, working closely with our nursing and clinical teams to maintain a safe, supportive environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide direct, compassionate care to patients with mental health conditions. Monitor patient behavior, listen to concerns, and accurately document changes in health or mood. Safely assist patients through behavioral escalations utilizing de-escalation techniques. Maintain a healthy, structured, and safe physical environment for patients and staff.
