About this role

We are looking for a Director of Quality and Compliance to lead our quality improvement and regulatory compliance programs. You will make sure our facility follows all federal, state, and local healthcare laws. Proactively works to prevent situations that can result in losses or liability and help us give safe and high-quality care to our patients. Oversee audits, track changing healthcare laws, and fix any compliance issues. Create and run programs to measure and boost patient care quality and safety. Train, lead, and support the quality and compliance team. Find clinical risks early and make plans to stop them. Lead visits and surveys from groups like The Joint Commission or state regulators. Maintains all Quality data for the organization.…
