As a property and casualty insurance claims advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims. You handle medium-complexity property insurance claims and low-complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims. You investigate and approve claims. You solve problems using your analytical skills and discipline-specific knowledge. You draw on your sound decision-making to develop solutions, negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others. You assist members, clients and practitioners. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.…
