About this role

Job Description: Details of the Division and Team: You will operate in the Transaction Advisory function (a part of Transactions Policy and Advisory Group -TPAG) which is ultimately responsible for the due diligence that is undertaken on large or complex new transaction approvals (NTA and Non NTA), relevant new product approvals (NPA) and strategic acquisitions/ disposals, in a consistent manner across the Bank. These are some of the most interesting and high profile transactions that the Bank executes.
