Job Description: Job Title: Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) European Loan and High Yield Capital Markets Syndicator Location: London Corporate Title : Vice President Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and placing leveraged loans and high yield bonds for leveraged corporate and private equity owned issuers. The Leveraged Debt Capital Markets team leads execution of all new leveraged loan and high yield bond issues. Our team in Europe has consistently been a market leader across both products for more than a decade. You will work closely with the senior capital markets team members while taking increasing ownership of the structuring and execution of leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions.…
