Job Description: Job Title: Senior BFA, AVP Location: Pune, India Corporate Title: AVP Role Description Gathering requirements from regulatory specification documents, and reviewing with Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders Analyse the regulatory requirements, identify impacted systems in the bank, document BRD and FSDs, and review with stakeholders Engage in Industry Working Groups to seek updates from Trade Repositories, Industry Forums, and other peer banks on the upcoming and existing regulations Mentor and build a strong pool of Functional SMEs to drive the business analysis and functional analysis of the regulatory changes Work closely with development team to build critical components and ensuring that their implementation aligns with our end state architecture.…
