Job Description A bit about this role: This position represents an amazing opportunity for an ambitious APP leader ready to take on a crucial role building out and leading the Active Care Service for Devoted Medical Primary Care. As an Active Care APP Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of a team of Advance Care Providers (APP) who will deliver world class primary care to Devoted Health Plan members. This position also includes direct clinical responsibilities in caring for our patients. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with the primary care leadership team, the APPs on your team, and cross functionally to deliver on our ambitious objectives.
