Provider Operations Sr. Associate - Inbound Data Management

Job Description A bit about this role: Foundational to our strategy is our ability to be an engine of accurate provider data, which is inherently complex and ever-changing. This role is primarily responsible for validating and improving data quality to better serve our members and inform strategic decisions. You will be a true operator, managing queues, overseeing offshore workflows, and directly engaging with AI-enabled tools to optimize our processes. Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: Manage inbound data work queues (onboarding, provider terminations, and member notifications) to ensure fast, accurate processing.
