Job Description A bit about this role: As a Telesales Supervisor at Devoted Health, you will lead and develop a team of agents selling Medicare Advantage policies. We are looking for a high-energy leader who is as motivated by hitting a sales target as they are by the professional growth of their team. Whether you come from Healthcare, Retail Leadership, High-Growth Startups, or High-Volume Sales , you are a coach at heart. Your number one priority is being in front of agents: live coaching, call shadowing, and providing the immediate feedback necessary to drive conversion while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
