About this role
Position Zur Unterstützung im Bildungsmanagement suchen wir zum 01.01.2027 für min. 6 Monate eine*n Praktikant*in in der Abteilung Trainer*innen-Entwicklung. Mit der Neustrukturierung der Trainerausbildung wurde das Lehrgangsangebot des DFB umfangreich überarbeitet und an die neue Ausbildungsphilosophie angepasst. Der Fokus wird auf eine kontinuierliche Begleitung der Trainer*innen vor Ort in den Vereinen, sowie während der Präsenzphasen in den Sportschulen gelegt. Der Online-Campus der DFB-Akademie ermöglicht es, einen Einblick in den Alltag der Trainer*innen zu erhalten.…
