Job Overview Under the general direction of the Airport Facilities Maintenance Manager, helps develop specifications, coordinates and monitors facilities contract activities for the Board and serves in a liaison capacity between Energy, Transportation & Asset Management (ETAM) and other departments involved in the facilities contract development, approval and execution process. Maintains regular communications with contractors, tenants, quality control technicians, contract administrators and other key Airport personnel to ensure facilities are maintained in compliance with contract specifications.…
