About this role
Job Overview Under supervision of the Guest Service Shift Leader, provides first-line customer service and transportation to guests on the Aircraft Operations Area (AOA), for special events and tours, and during irregular operations and emergencies. What you will be doing: Operates a van or bus providing for internal and external DFW for special events or airport tours or when requested by the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) for airline hardstand operations, evacuation of disabled aircraft, or in the event of irregular operations, emergency, or disaster. Assists disabled passengers by providing special transportation as required. Completes passenger counts, mileage/time logs, malfunction, and accident reports. Assists customers with luggage.…
